This year has been a great year for Katapatan Baptist Church. We are a Bible Believing, independent, and localized Baptist Church, we are also a soul-winning church. Through the joint efforts of all the ministries of the church, the attendance of the church grew dramatically. Years before, we always pray for God to give us visitors every worship services and there are but small results seen, now, we gave all our faith to God and labored faithfully for God's Kingdom and God gave us what we were praying for. Right now, we are still praying for souls to walk down the aisle, and we are also praying for a larger space to accommodate them.
Normally our church attendance every Sunday was 50 to 100, through prayers and God's providence we now tip the scales and fill our pews with almost 200 people every Sunday Services.
The church cannot accommodate such a large number of church goers, so we are asking everyone to please help us pray for a new lot. If God be willing, we are praying for a 1.4 hectares of land near our village, that is a good spot to build God's new Church in. A building plan is already made, we are only waiting for God. If it's not His will, we are praying that He gave us what He wants us to have.
We are not asking for your money, we are only asking for your prayers. The desired 1.4 hectares land is worth Php 7Million, the finances needed to build the Church is still unknown, but it sure will cost the Church millions of pesos as well. We are praying for this because our Pastor has a vision. A Church that could accommodate all the Church members and visitors in the Cabuyao Area and from nearby municipalities. A Church with ministries that is specially formed for the Young People, Children, Husbands and Wives, Elderly, Families, Men, Women, Widows and Widowers, Blind, Deaf, and Physically Challenged Individuals, Musicians, Singers, Teachers, and most specially, Bible Believing and Soul-winning Christians.
Every month (and almost every week), we have events specially designed and prayed for the development of each individual's character, as well as to improve their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual attributes.
